Mr. Lunardi Satyaputra
Mr. Satyaputra, 45, has been a Director of the company since 1995 and was elected President Director in 1998. Mr. Satyaputra joined the Baramulti Group in 1988 to oversee their coal projects in South Sumatra, and South and East Kalimantan. Mr. Satyaputra graduated from Tarumanagara University in 1984 with a degree in Architectural Engineering.

Mr. Yayan Suryana
Mr. Suryana, 40, has served as a Director of the Company since 1997. Mr. Suryana is also the president Director of PT. Sumber Kurnia Buana and a Director of PT. Baramulti Sugih Sentosa. Mr. Suryana is a graduate of the Bandung Institute of Civil Works, where he studied Civil Engineering.

Mr. Anthony Putihrai
Mr. Putihrai, 34, has been a director of the company since its establishment. Mr. Putihrai is also the President Commissioner of PT Tebeindo Mandiri. President Director of PT. Sandang Utama Mulia, and a Director of PT. Tungya Perkasa. Mr. Putihrai is an active member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the China Committee.

Mr. Husni J. Muchtar
Mr. Muchtar, 34, has served as a Director of the company since its establishment. Mr. Muchtar is also a Commisioner of PT. Puncak Griya Sewu, the Managing Director of PT. Cipta Selera Murni, and a Director of PT. Cipta Sedaya Murni. Mr. Muchtar is a graduate of Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Mr. Toto Suarto
Mr. Suarto, 39, has joined the company since 2001 and served as a Director of Operation. Previously, Mr. Suarto had worked in PT. Kaltim Prima Coal and PT. Petrosea after graduated from Mining Technology of Bandung Institute of Technology.
